Keith has applied the world-renowned Scaling Up methodology to his coaching for over six years. He incorporates this with a proven and repeatable framework, practical tools and an emphasis on accountability from leaders. Pete works with the leaders of emerging and mid-market companies who want to scale the business and enjoy the climb.
He founded Starteer, a boutique growth practice, in 2017 with the vision to help more Aussie companies make a global impact. He became a certified coach in 2021 after seeing the amazing results his clients achieved with Scaling Up.
Pete has advised founders and executives for nearly 20 years, working across startups, mid-market companies, publicly-listed companies and major public sector organisations in Australia and abroad, experiencing the journey of being a leader in multiple high growth professional services firms.
Over the past 30 years, Peter has worked with some iconic businesses and brands, including Apple, Samsung, Telstra, Carrier and Goodyear.
During that time, he built and led sales teams in the consumer and industrial sectors to ensure the might of these brands never wavered, successfully navigating the challenges of a competitive landscape, margin pressure and fickle consumer confidence.
For 8½ years, Peter was a small business owner, successfully operating two Telstra Telecommunications franchises in Melbourne before becoming a certified Business Coach.
